At CHN, we care for patients of all ages. We care for babies, children, teens, adults, and seniors. We also offer care for pregnant women and new moms. If you need care that we do not provide, we will help you find someone who does.

HIV Treatment

We have board certified specialists to treat your HIV or infectious disease. We also provide assistance with ADAP insurance if needed.

 

We offer screening and monitoring for PEP and PrEP at all of our sites.

Cancer Screenings

Our providers provide routine cancer screening or refer specialists as needed (breast, cervical, colon, anal). We have a mammogram van that comes to each site (click here for hours/locations).
