Refugee Health Program

CHN works with resettlement agencies and community organizations to offer primary healthcare to refugees and asylees. Our goal is to give every new American the care they need. We offer a full range of health services, including screenings and behavioral health care for Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD), depression, and anxiety.

Through the Refugee Health Program, you can get:

  • Vaccines (shots)

Consultations and referrals to:

  • Social Work
  • Health Education
  • Nutritionist
  • Dentist
  • OB/GYN
  • Behavioral Health Services

Screenings for:

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome
  • Depression and anxiety
