Community Healthcare Network is seeking leaders to join our council.

CHN Mission

Community Healthcare Network’s (CHN) mission
is to provide access to quality, culturally-competent
and comprehensive community-based primary care,
mental health and social services for diverse
populations in underserved communities throughout
New York City.  We are deeply committed to the
communities we serve, and strive to increase
accessibility to care, while empowering our patients
to take control of their health.

Young Leaders Council

The council is for young professionals interested in
advancing CHN’s mission, deepening their
understanding of healthcare access issues, gain
governance experience, and develop a network
of peers interested in the intersection of social
justice and health access.

Member Snapshot

  • Attend annual Young Professional Meeting
  •  Act as an advocate or ambassador to CHN
  •  Recruit new members to the council
  • Volunteer for CHN

Members are asked to make a minimum one-year commitment, and can expect to spend 2-6 hours per month on projects in addition to attending meetings. For more information, and an application, please email us at youngleaders@chnnyc.org.

  • Fundraise or contribute annual dues of $100
